Linda Lawrence, M.D.

Linda Lawrence, M.D. earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in Family Practice from St. Joseph Hospital in Flint, MI and is board certified in Family Practice.  She completed a residency in Radiology at Michigan State University in 1995 and a fellowship in Women’s Imaging at the University of Michigan in 1996.  She joined DRA in July 1996 and served as Director of McLaren Womens’ Center from 1996-2001.  She is President of Diagnostic Radiology Assoc. of Flint, P.C.  She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology, a member of the Society of Breast Imaging, the American College of Radiology and the Radiological Society of North America.  She is currently the Medical Director at McLaren Flint Regional Medical Center

Edmund Louvar, M.D.

Edmund Louvar, M.D. earned his medical degree from Wayne State University of Medicine.  He completed his residency in Radiology (1996) and fellowship in Cross-Sectional Imaging (1998) at Wayne State University/Henry Ford Hospital.  He was on staff at Harper Hospital/Wayne State University from 1998 to March 2000.  He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology.  He joined DRA in March 2000.  He has special interest in Mammography, Chest and Orthopedic Radiology.  He’s Department Chair at McLaren Regional Medical Center as well as Vice President of Diagnostic Radiology Assoc. of Flint, P.C.

Christopher Conlin, M.D.

Christopher Conlin, M.D. earned his medical degree from Wayne State University Medical Center.  He completed his Nuclear Medicine residency at St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO in 1994.  He completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency in 1997 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac, MI.  He was employed as a radiologist with the Associated Radiologists of Oakland County from 1997-2002.  He joined DRA in January of 2003.  He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology as well as Nuclear Medicine.  He is the Chairman of the Department of Radiology at McLaren Flint Regional Medical Center as well as Secretary of Diagnostic Radiology Assoc. of Flint, P.C.

Tomy P. Kalapparambath, M.D.

Tomy P. Kalapparambath, M.D. earned his degree at T.D. Medical College in Alleppey, Kerala University, India.  He completed his Radiology residency vs. General Hospital in 1995.  He did an internship in India in 2000 and followed with a PET/Nuclear Medicine Post Doctoral Training in 2002.  He went on to a Nuclear Medicine Residency at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York from 2000-2002 where he was also Chief Resident.  He completed his Radiology Residency and was Chief Resident at St Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan in 2006.  He is American Board Certified in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.  He joined DRA in July of 2006.

Sudhir Arumanla, M.D

Sudhir Arumanla, M.D. earned his medical degree from the Kilpauk Medical College in Madras, India.  Post graduation studies earned him a Diplomas in Medical Radio Diagnosis from Madural Kamaraj University.  His residency was completed at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac, MI where he was Chief Resident (2002-2003).  He then completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.  He practiced radiology at the Madras Neurological Institute (1988-1944), was a research analyst in Buffalo, NY and was a research Assistant in Pediatric Neuroradiology at the University of Pittsburgh, PA (1997-1998).  He became board certified in Diagnostic Radiology in 2003 and became Clinical Chief of Radiology at the Colmery-O’Neil VA Medical Center in Topeka, KS.  He joined DRA in September of 2007.

Stephen DeFriez, D.O.

Stephen DeFriez, D.O. earned his Doctor of Osteopathy from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO.  He completed his residency in 2005 and became board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2005.  He was employed as a radiologist with MDO Imaging later becoming a partner and served as President of MRI Associates and Vice-Chairman of the Radiology Department at Genesys Regional Center in 2007.  He joined DRA in Sept of 2007.  He is a member of the American College of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, and the Radiological Society of North America.   

Michael Warren, M.D.

Michael Warren, M.D. is a veteran of the US Army National Guard where he was honored with several medals.  Dr. Warren earned his degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan where he was class vice president.  He completed a diagnostic radiology residency program at St. John Providence Hospital in 2017 and went on to complete his fellowship at William Beaumont Hospital in Vascular and Interventional Radiology in 2018.  Dr. Warren is board certified by the American Board of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology.   He was employed by ADI in Saginaw from 2018-2023 at which time he joined DRA.

What is Radiologist?

A radiologist is a physician, either with a medical degree (M.D) or doctorate of osteopathy (D.O.) who has completed a one year internship, followed by a five year radiology residency, typically with a one to two year subspecialty fellowship.
